Dr. Hannoun has provided technical analysis for numerous projects, working with engineering firms and government agencies. Over his career, he has acted as project manager for over 160 hydrodynamic and water quality investigations for municipal, government, and academic clients. Dr. Hannoun has extensive experience in the development and application of complex water quality models, ranging from one to three dimensional representations. Dr. Hannoun is a licensed engineer in Virginia, Nevada, and Arizona. Imad was recently presented the Friend of NALMS award in recognition of his work on lake management and his contribution to the NALMS organization.
Mr. Rackley has served as Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager for numerous municipal and industrial projects. He currently serves as Senior Engineer with Water Quality Solutions, with the primary responsibility of reviewing work products and providing QA/QC. Mr. Rackley has worked within the States of Nevada and California for over 45 years on many projects including those during his 15-year tenure with Kennedy Jenks, a California Corporation, and 11-year tenure with Black and Veatch. Mr. Rackley is a licensed engineer in Nevada and California.
Dr. Hannoun provides model development and technical analysis, including three-dimensional water quality modeling using AEM3D. He is developing hydrodynamic and water quality models for indirect potable reuse and for harmful algal bloom (HAB) simulation. He has experience in assessment of air diffuser systems for HAB management, and in the evaluation of wildfire effects on water quality. He is knowledgeable in analytical chemistry and spectroscopic methods relevant to water quality analysis.
